Challah Croutons

Serves 4
Ingredients : 5 Slices of CrustWorthy Challah 2 tbsp Olive oil Salt as per taste Tomato Soup

Dice the slices of Challah into small cubes. In a baking tray, space out the cubes, drizzle olive oil, sprinkle salt, and mix well. Bake it at 200C for 40-45 minutes in a preheated oven, tossing it every 15 minutes.

Once cooled, the croutons will get crispier.

Serve with tomato soup!
