Challah French Toast

Serves 2
Ingredients : 4 slices of CrustWorthy Challah 3 large eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch of freshly grated nutmeg 2 1/2 tablespoons unsalted butter Honey/Maple Syrup, for serving

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, cinnamon, vanilla and nutmeg. Soak the bread in the egg mixture one by one, turning it several times.

In a large heavy skillet, melt butter, add 2 of the soaked challah slices and cook until golden brown on both sides. Repeat with the remaining egg-soaked challah. Serve hot with honey or maple syrup!
